Andrea Stankovská - Hallon
Prominent Slovak pianist, corepetitor, flute player, harpsichordist and teacher.
Andrea Stankovska-Hallon was born in 1970 in Bratislava to a music family and already while studying at Conservatory in Bratislava, majoring in piano, she was engaged in concert activity.
Her professional orientation in chamber production, corepetiting and pedagogical activity is impressively accompanied by parlor type solo playing.
Except for active cooperation with important artists of music and dramatic sphere in Slovakia and foreign countries, she and her father Dusan Stankovsky work as a flute duo.
Apart from playing piano, she is able to enrich the music oriented audience also by playing the flute. That is also why she is a sought-after guest artist at famous festivals of chamber music as a corepetitor or a member of the chamber orchestra.

Wide repertoire is composed of broad mosaic of classical world masters of opera, operetta, musical, dance music and popular melodies.
During social events, where there is no piano, the interpreter has the possibility to substitute the musical instrument by electronic piano, synthesizer and by that enable undisturbed listening.
Except for concert activity, she privately teaches piano and flute. She is also engaged in private piano corepetition which makes it possible for artists to prepare for competitions, recruitments, concerts and other.
